Recently, the Li Zigang/Yin Feng research group of Pingshan Biomedical Transformation Center at Shenzhen Bay Laboratory published a research paper titled "Chemo selective Cys Pen disability for proximity-induced cyclosteine cross linking" in ACS Chemical Biology magazine. This paper describes a cross-linking strategy that uses Cys Pen disulfide bonds to proximity induce cysteine targeting. This new strategy is designed to target disease related proteins
