Waterworld Technology Co., Ltd. Visits Shenzhen Bay Laboratory for Exchange

On the morning of August 6th, Yu Xiaoran, the General Manager of Channel and Operations of Waterworld China, and a delegation visited the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory for exchange. Li Zigang, the Executive Director of Pingshan Biomedical Research and Transformation Center, Chen Jie'an, the Assistant Director, and Yin Feng, researchers, received Waterworld and their delegation. The two sides introduced the basic situation and management experience of their respective units, and discussed future cooperation intentions on platform construction and research cooperation models.

On the morning of August 8, Yu Xiaoran, General Manager of Channel and Operations of Waters China, and his entourage visited Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, where Li Zigang, Executive Director of Pingshan Biomedical R&D and Transformation Center, Chen Jiean, and Yin Feng, Researcher Yin, received Waters and his entourage, introduced the basic situation and management experience of their respective units, and discussed future cooperation intentions in terms of platform construction and scientific research cooperation models.

Li Zigang, Executive Director of Pingshan Center, first extended a warm welcome to Waters Technology Co., Ltd., followed by Binghuan Liang, Head of Waters Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch, who introduced the solutions, technical advantages and cooperation concepts of Waters chromatography mass spectrometry in the field of biomedical research. Chen Jie'an, assistant director of Pingshan Center, introduced the construction goals, organizational structure, international cooperation, construction and planning of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory and Pingshan Center.

Finally, the two sides made detailed exchanges on the construction of public service platforms, the joint construction of joint laboratory cooperation models and talent training mechanisms, and expressed their future cooperation intentions, hoping to improve chromatographic mass spectrometry technology in Shenzhen and even the Greater Bay Area, cultivate more technical talents, and promote the application of chromatographic mass spectrometry technology in biomedicine, food safety and health sciences and other related industries.
